One to add to your list:
SQL Search has a critical error when I stop then start a replication agent job and wants to crash SSMS. If you choose ignore and attempt to continue it does let you continue without closing SSMS. I sent a couple of the error reports when it asked just now but figured I'd report it here as well.

This is a bit more general and seems to happen when I do quite a few different things with agent jobs, including enabling and or disabling them.
Very sad to have to uninstall it until this gets fixed :/. |

I am having the same problem when I start a job and then close the job progress window. I have also sent at least one error report in.
