I get an error stating that SQL Prompt 5 failed to load.
I am on a Windows 7 machine. I ran the installer as admin and I am running VS as admin. I noticed that I don't have the SQL Prompt icon in my notification area. SQL Prompt works in SSMS. |

| User was using an older RC version of SQL Prompt 5. Now installed using the latest version. |
