Whenever I take a snapshot, I get an error that it could not stop IIS and then there is no snapshot info displayed, and profiling seems to have stopped.
How do I troubleshoot this? I have followed all the steps for SharePoint in the support article. Here is a screenshot after I take the snapshot:

| Oops ... never mind for now ... after a restart everything seems ok. |

Happened again. I was able to take one snapshot. AFter clicking around the site some more, when I took the second snapshot, here's the error dialog I received:
