|
|
Whislt installing the 14 day free trial of SQL Prompt, I decided to install it to a different test machine instead, so clicked on the Cancel button whilst the installer was running.
It appeared to cancel the installation ok, however, it seems that the installer went ahead anyway and installed a system tray icon for "SQL prompt for query analyser", despite advising me that the installation was cancelled.
This may be something to take up with whoever wrote your installer |

Alex,
And also at which step did you cancelled the installation as I am able to reproduce it at very last step of installation and when it is about to complete and then if I click cancel it installs it.
Please let me know your view. _________________ Anuradha Deshpande
