Hi I unintstalle SQL-Prompt 3.9 before installing SQL-Prompt 5.
I have Sql-Source Control 1.0.6 Installed.
When I start SSMS I get followin error:

RedGate.Refactoring.AddIn.RefactorStartup - Add-in failed to load
System.InvalidCastException: Unable to cast object of type 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlStudio.Explorer.ObjectExplorerService' to type 'Microsoft.SqlServer.Management.SqlStudio.Explorer.ContextService'.
at RedGate.Refactoring.AddIn.RefactorStartup.Startup(AddinServices services)
