I've setup/linked my database to TFS and I can see the stored schema from Visual Studio.

Now, how can I store the data that is currently in the database in TFS as well?

Select the Source controlling data link from:

http://www.red-gate.com/products/SQL_Source_Control/index.htm

This provides detailed instructions on how to populate the data folder in the scripts folder. This is something that will be integrated into SSMS in a future version.
