rule is to archive emails older than 1 month
5500 0f 5600 messages do not archive on a user
also happens to other users

Hi Joe,

I do believe you're already in contact with Linda about this. Just to clarify, though, the message age is determined by the receipt time rather than the sent time. Also, message archiving may have stopped because of an error condition or because the time that you have allowed the job to run (default three hours) has elapsed.
