I have installed the final release of SQL2008 R2, and SQL refactor is failing with the following message:

Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
---------------------------
The Add-in 'SQL Refactor 1.3' failed to load or caused an exception.
Would you like to remove this Add-in?
If you choose yes, you will need to reinstall the Add-in to use it again.
Error Message: <Unknown Error>
Error number: 80131513
For what it's worth, SQL Prompt and SQL Search work with no issues  |

I ran into this issue also with the RTM.
I'm sure there will be an official follow up and patch/update, but the previously released patch for the Nov CTP fixed the issue for me:
