Feature Request

Include licensing feature or create a new product for a licensing system.

My perspective for a licensing mechanism would allow developers to create and manage licenses for a variety of scenarios like trial, subscription, per server, per domain, etc. If you visit either XHEO or Desaware for their tehnical material on licensing then these features would be standard for most developers.

FYI:

XHEO has a reliability and quality problem. Please see the following link relating to an unfortunate situation with XHEO that affected me as well as numerous other developers:

Desaware has a reliability problem too as I tried to communicate to Desaware by emails listed on their contact page but these mail boxes are invalid so I'm not sure who to turn to for reputable, reliable licensing software.

I support the idea of a licensing application, but I think it should be a seperate product from smartassembly. A new product for Red Gate to consider?
