Javascript errors while in Memory Profiler

I develop an internal Asp.net web app, and I'm needing to profile a page. This tool was critical in discovering the problem in the first place. However, now when I visit the same page in Memory Profiler I receive javascript errors. This does not happen when I run the app outside the profiler. The only difference between then and now is that I activated the profiler.

Running on Windows 7, IE8. Happens in both standard and compatibility modes. I've cleared the cache, all that jazz, nothing.

Your help is appreciated.

Edit: I doubt this error will in any way link to the profiler, but just in case:

'resourceCommands_Prepare' is undefined

Please disregard this... my build path in ANTS did not match my build path in VS.... I was serving from another branch.
