Please provide a way to re-sort the Databases list. I would think being able to sort it alphabetically or manually moving a server.database up or down would be great. It would sure help to see if a server is already in the list without needing to read the entire list.

I second the request. The functionality of the up and down arrows on the "Scripts to Execute" side would work fine for me.

If you can't provide it on the main page, please provide it on the "Configure" dialog, where servers and databases are chosen.
