Hi,

I'm currently evaluating SQL Response. Some of my alerts have no detailed information in the bottom pane. They simply say:

This alert is still being written to

The system is currently updating this alert, and until then its details are unavailable. Please try again later.


My alert repository is running on a Win2003 server with SQL2005. An example alert that shows this is a "Job Duration Unusual" for a job on the local SQL server. Perhaps this happens because it's the first ever alert of its kind so has no baseline..

Can anyone shed any light on this?
