Creating a Package From Script Fails

I have encountered a problem with the Packager when generating from a saved script. On the most basic test of making a change to 1 stored procedure and then generating a change script for this. The upgrade package fails. If I save the generated upgrade package as C# project it shows that the packager is breaking up the script into too many batches. Specifically, the changed procedure in my simple test is being broken up and run as many batches and therefore fails.

I would expect that this should work and cannot see a reason for the procedure being broken into batches in this way.

Has anyone else encountered this or know of a fix?

Applying the latest cumulative package has fixed this.
