I've stumbled upon a bug of sorts. When a view is created as one name but then changed using the Rename ability in SQL Server Management Studio, the documentation will still have the original creation name attached to it. This also affects SQL Packager.
I don't know if it's been reported on before and it's really more a result of SQL Server Management Studio being sloppy with that operation. |

Hi,
This is a bug with the rename functionality and not with SQL Doc. However, there is a workaround to fix it. If you use SQL Compare to synch to your database, it will detect and automatically fix this issue for you by correcting the offending table in your database.
Let me know how you get on.
