I attempt to attach to w3wp.exe and receive:
A Problem occured whilst accessing this process:
Illegal Characters in path
I have tried this on two separate servers and get the same error.
I have installed the debugging tools

Hi,
This sounds identical to the problem reported with aspnet_wp.exe in IIS 5. Maybe forcing Memory Tracker to use .NET 2 could help you as well.
