the colors I set on objects are not retained between sessions. When I re-open a project object colors are reset to the default color.

Also, it would be nice if it was possible to tag or group objects. Say I select multiple object, right click one of the selected objects and get the option to assign the selected objects to an existing/new group. Groups created this way should then be available in the "Objects in Project". In large projects this would be a short-cut to selecting related objects for analysis.

Unfortunately, you have come across a known issue. It is logged in our bug tracking system with reference DT-287 and will be considered for the next release of SQL Dependency Tracker later on this year.
