sometimes when installing a package on a target data base i get this.

any help would be appreciated

If you have a user in the source database which is linked to a particular login, and you have a user in the target database with a different name which is also linked to that login, you'll get this error.

This is a known bug - SC-3412 in our bug tracker.

I've added this report to the end of the bug report, which should put it further up the queue for a fix, but I don't have any information on when there will be another SQL Packager release.
