You should just be able to edit the pages on the site... Its a wiki.

When I click the "Edit this page" link I'm informed "You do not have permission to change this page. If you feel this is in error, please send feedback with the contact link on the main page.".

It looks like a configuration problem with the FlexWiki engine. We're working on that now...
