I'm loading as many backups into the tool as it will allow (what is the actual limit?) but, despite loading my fulls and diffs, I can never get the update data.
If i restore all the logs to the full backup, do they all become online logs? can i just review the online log and see all the changes from the logs i restored at once rather than having to read each file?
Do I need the full and the diffs to catch the updates or do only the full backups have the data?
I'm hoping you get things resolved with Microsoft. I'd like to keep using this for SQL2005. |

SQL Log Rescue requires the last Full Backup followed unbroken chain of Transaction Log Backups. Or the last Full Backup, the last Diff Backup followed by unbroken chain of Transaction Log Backups.
There is no limit to the number of backup files to include in your project, Log Rescue will discard backup files that are not required.
At what point in setting up your Log Rescue project is the process failing?
