I almost always use the "Lay Out SQL" and the "Uppercase Keywords" menu items to format my tsql. It gets to be a pain to always drill down in the menu and select each of these. It would be nice if I could just add a custom toolbar button to perform these actions.

I also support this improvement. I even want just one button for both layout and uppercase keywords.

Has this been implemented?

I would also vote for being able to place the buttons on a toolbar and combing ithe layout and uppercase keywords.
