Primary key error

I have started receiving an email from Aarvark Errors with the following
body:

[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][SQL Server]Violation of PRIMARY KEY
constraint 'PK__#tmpChanges__0AA0F0D2'. Cannot insert duplicate key in
object
'#tmpChanges________________________________________________________________
_________________________________________0000000EDF95'.





Any ideas on how to clean this up. This also seems to kill the Aardvark
Service as well after a while. I will get about 8 of these messages
throughout the day, then the service dies. It has also stopped processing
and rules or sending out user email notifications.

Hi Larry,

Are there any problems updating issues on your system? Aardvark uses
this temporary table when it adds and updates issues through the UI as well.
If it's a database problem, you shouldn't be able to update any bugs,
either.
