Our company recently purchased the SQL Log Rescue version (1.1.0.229) . This software is installed on the Production Server which has 4GB RAM and over 6GB free space.
In the screen to select the backup, I selected one DB backup file (150 MB) and 1 transaction log file ( < 1 MB). I get the 'Analyzing Transaction Log' screen and after a few minutes I get the error
"Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to the completion of the operation or the server is not responding."
How do I go about fixing this ? |

Hello,
Hopefully this was a one-off problem. Log Rescue may have timed out when copying the extended stored procedure to the server. After this point, it really doesn't perform any activity against the SQL Server.
