Red Gate triumphs in Best Companies awards

Red Gate entered The Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for awards for the first time this year and we were delighted to make it into the top 10. As the only software company in the top 10, it's reasonable to claim we are the best small software company to work for in the UK.

This is a huge achievement that reflects how Red Gate employees feel about working here. In addition, Red Gate achieved an esteemed 3 star accreditation from Best Companies. This is based on an absolute grading system and only 42 companies in the UK qualified for the top grade. The awards are based on the feedback from a 70 question survey, which measures employee engagement across a range of factors. Company benefits and working environment are also assessed but the results are heavily weighted towards employee satisfaction. The "Feel Good" committee will be working overtime to make sure we do as well again next year.
