'Unidentified Publisher' error when repairing or uninstalling

When uninstalling or repairing a Red Gate product through the Add/Remove Programs control panel on Windows Vista, the following message may appear:
"An unidentified program wants to access your computer"

This is caused by a bug in the Windows Vista operating system. Although this message is meant to be displayed when installing packages that have not been digitally signed, it happens when uninstalling or repairing previously-installed Installer packages that have been digitally signed.

To work around this issue, click Allow in the User Account Control dialog box to let the repair or remove operation continue.
