Platform: SQL Server Management Studio for SQL Server 2005
When SQL Server Management Studio loads, the SQL Refactor menu appears in the menu bar, but it is unavailable (grayed-out).
This can happen either because the add-in had failed to load, or that SQL Server Management Studio needs to initialize the add-in.
The first step in troubleshooting this problem is to initialize the add-in. To do this, open a command prompt on the affected computer and run this command:
SqlWb /setup
If the menu is still unavailable, try re-installing SQL Refactor.
