'Does not exist' error manually creating a generic service resource

When manually adding a SQL Backup Agent service component to a generic service resource in Microsoft Cluster Administrator, the following error may occur:

"SQL Backup Agent" does not exist as an installed service.

Microsoft cluster services needs to refer to the service by its' "Service name" as opposed to its' "Display name". To determine the SQL Backup Agent service name, open the services control panel from Control Panel->Administrative Tools->Services and right-click the SQL Backup Agent service for the instance of SQL Server you want to manage. The name of the service to specify to the Cluster Administrator is in the 'Service name' text box. The SQL Backup Agent service name typically uses this format:

SQLBackupAgent_<instance>

...where <instance> is the instance of SQL Server that the SQL Backup Agent is responsible for. If this is the default instance, the service name is simply 'SQLBackupAgent'.
