When installing Exchange Server Archiver, a message is encountered during the UAA portion of setup:
Error: 'The installer requires a website to be configured on port 80 (-2147023728)
When the web server is checked, it is responding correctly on port 80 however.
This can be caused if you have a Hostname header assigned to the site within IIS.
Removing this should resolve the problem. The following links give details on where to find this setting.
