Access to the Temp directory is denied error profiling web applications

When profiling a web application in ANTS Profiler, the following error may occur:
ACCESS TO THE TEMP DIRECTORY IS DENIED

Typically, the "temp directory" is a directory inside the ASPNET user's profile. However, there is an additional, undocumented directory that Microsoft's XmlSerializer class uses as a workspace for conducing serialization. Granting full access to the "%systemroot%\system32\config\systemprofile\LocalSettings\Temp" folder for the logged-in user should fix this problem.
