Error starting services running as "Local Service"

When profiling a Windows Service in ANTS Profiler, the following exception may occur at service startup:
Could not start the service 'MyService'
RedGate.Profiler.Engine.Exceptions.CannotStartSessionException
at bt.Launch()
at RedGate.Profiler.Session.ProfilerSession.g()
Caused by:
Cannot start service ServDontStart on computer '.'.
System.InvalidOperationException
at System.ServiceProcess.ServiceController.Start(String[] args)
at bt.Launch()
Caused by:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion
System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception
ANTS Profiler cannot start the service because the "Local Service" account needs access to the cache folder at %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Red Gate\<ANTS Performance/memory profiler folder> . Changing the service to run as "SYSTEM" or granting full permissions to your local profile folder as above will solve this problem.
This has been worked around in version 4.3 -- contact support@red-gate.com for the installation that fixes this problem if the workarounds are not practical.
