Add-in fails to load when using RunAs to start Visual Studio as another user

When starting Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 using the RunAs menu item as a different user than the one currently logged-in, an exception is raised claiming that the add-in had failed to load.
In order to initialize the add-in in the Visual Studio 2005 development environment for a particular user, the user needs to log in and use Visual Studio at least once. After installing ANTS Profiler, log in using the user credentials that you want to use for RunAs and launch Visual Studio 2005, then exit Visual Studio 2005 as soon as possible and log off.
When you log in again with your own credentials, it is then possible to use RunAs to launch Visual Studio 2005 and load the ANTS Profiler add-in successfully.
