ANTS Profiler restarts IIS

Sometimes ANTS Profiler needs to restart IIS in order to profile an ASP .NET website. Whether or not this is necessary depends on the version of IIS.
- IIS 5.0 does not require a restart of IIS
- IIS 5.1 requires a restart of IIS
- IIS 6.0 does not require a restart of IIS
-- It starts w3wp.exe outside of IIS
-- If IIS is set to IIS 5 worker process isolation mode, then IIS has to be reset
- IIS 7 requires a restart only when the "profile on an unused port" option is not specified
