Updating the project
When changes are made to the databases from which you have added objects to your diagram, you may wish to update the diagram to reflect these changes. For example, you may want to see any new dependencies that have been created.
You must also update the diagram if you want to add objects to the diagram and the database has been changed since you last added objects. If you do not update the diagram before you add the objects, SQL Dependency Tracker will not be able to display the objects in the diagram.
To update the diagram:
- On the toolbar, click
Update from Schema.
