Copying the diagram
You can copy the dependency diagram to your clipboard so that you can use it in other programs. For example, you can copy a diagram and then paste it into a Microsoft® Word document if you are creating a report.
To copy the diagram, on the Edit menu, click Copy, then select the copying option you require:
- to copy the extent of the diagram that is currently shown, click Area in View
Alternatively, you can click
Copy on the toolbar. - to copy only the selected objects, click Selection
- to copy the entire diagram, click Diagram
You can also export the entire diagram to an image or XML format.
