SQL Backup produces two different types of log file, application log files and activity log files. These files are useful to us if you have encountered a problem.
Application log files
Application log files collect information about the application while you are using it.
By default, application log files are stored in:
Activity log files
Activity log files collect information about each backup and restore activity performed in SQL Backup.
