Log files
The log files are bar-separated files that are designed to be human and machine readable. They are great information for us if you encounter an error.

The PST Importer Console log files are located in:
To open the folder that contains the PST Importer Console logs, click the PST Importer 365 logo in the top left corner of the PST Importer Console, and then click Locate Log Files:

The PST Importer Console log files are displayed in your file browser.
To display the current log file in a text editor, click Open Current Log File.
