Cannot access attachment from Outlook Web Access (OWA)

If you are using the Copy and remove attachments only archive mode and you have not installed the Exchange Server Archiver Outlook Web Access (OWA) Add-in, you cannot access archived attachments from within OWA.
When you click the link to the attachment (AttachmentsArchived.htm), you are prompted to right-click the link and save the attachment because it is an html file. However, if you save and then open this html file, the displayed link does not work.
To fix this:
- install the OWA Add-in (see Installing the OWA Add-in)
- or use the User Archive Access Service to open the attachments (see Using the UAA Service)
