SQL Response™
Features*
- Low-impact monitoring. No components are installed on your SQL Servers.
- Works 'out of the box' with sensible default settings that can be quickly adjusted.
- Filter and save views so you can quickly investigate types of alert that interest you across your SQL Server environment.
- Immediate alerts when a problem occurs. The tool can alert you by email to a problem, but you won't be bombarded by duplicate emails if the problem persists.
- Direct emails for specific alert types to different email addresses.
- Disable specific types of alerts on selected jobs, disks and databases to ensure you only receive the alerts you need most.
- Key performance statistics gathered whenever an alert is raised, and presented as a graph.
- Prioritize alerts by low, medium and high levels. Drill down into each of these levels to further configure settings, according to the type of alert.
- Inspect SQL Profiler trace captured by SQL Response for a closer examination of the issues surrounding each alert raised. You can also turn off the collection of SQL Profiler trace data on specific servers.
- Intuitive color-coding in the GUI enables you to check the status of your monitored servers at a glance.
- Clear alerts once they have been resolved and add your own comments for auditing purposes. All cleared alerts will retain information for future reference.
