I am new to this tool.
I need to generate synchronization scripts for indexes and primary, unique constraints.
Can you please help me to do that. |

Thanks for your post. SQL Compare doesn't treat these as separate objects, so there's no way to filter them out I'm afraid.
You'd need to also update the underlying tables that they apply to etc. too.
