Merging exceptions into VS2005 XML docs

We've produced a utility that can run the command-line version of Exception Hunter and merge the results into the XML documents that can be produced when assemblies are built using Visual Studio 2005. This will enhance the existing XML documentation for your assemblies by listing the unhandled exceptions that can be thrown by all of your public methods.

Also included is an example assembly and a batch file for converting your XML documnetation file to a CHM help file using Sandcastle afterwards.
