Red Gate User Experience
At Red Gate we're determined to create exceptional software whilst keeping it simple and easy to use. To do this, we regularly carry out usability research with people who match the profile of our users - that could mean you!
How does it work?
Research sessions last between 45 minutes and an hour and you get to use our software application or prototype - It's a test of the software, not your skills and you don't need to have used our software before. Usually this is done remotely via our secure login portal but can take place at our premises in Cambridge, UK, or we can even come to you.
Who are we looking for?
This varies from study to study, but we're usually after SQL Database Administrators, Software Developers and Exchange Server Administrators to help evaluate our software.
Do I need any special equipment?
Remote usability sessions usually just need a computer with an Internet connection and a telephone we can call you on. Cup of coffee is optional.
What do I get?
We offer $100 (£50) in Amazon vouchers for an hour long session*. And of course you get the satisfaction of having helped make our products even better! And don't worry - we won't try to sell you anything or pass your details to anyone.
